Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Supply Chain Analyst to support our supply chain operations. In this role, you will assist in data analysis, inventory management, demand forecasting, and process optimization to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and inefficiencies
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages or overstock situations
- Support procurement and logistics teams with data insights and reporting
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance (KPIs, costs, delivery times)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and transportation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Maintain accurate records in supply chain systems and databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis (internships count)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, distribution)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
