Are you ready to modernize the core systems of a platform that is reshaping the lending industry? We are looking for a Mid-Level Ruby on Rails Engineer to join a rapid-growth technical team, building high-performance APIs and scalable backend systems using a modern stack including Rails 7 and React. The Role

• Build and maintain robust APIs and backend services using Ruby on Rails 7 to support a fast-growing digital lending experience.
• Collaborate across the stack with React and Node.js to deliver a seamless, modern consumer interface.
• Modernize critical financial systems and integrate third-party APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
• Work closely with senior engineering mentors to ship high-quality, high-impact code in a CI/CD environment.
• Optimize application performance and ensure the reliability of systems hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

What You'll Need

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven experience in production environments working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies, specifically React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) and automated testing/deployment workflows.
• A growth mindset with a desire to transition into senior-level leadership and architectural responsibilities.
