Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to define a product vision, roadmap, and investment strategies.

• Influence senior leaders across AWS, communicating product vision, strategy, goals, and customer impact.

• Build a roadmap and define features that delight customers and drive adoption of Amazon Connect services.

• Collaborate with engineering to build new capabilities and secure early adoption, beta testing, and launch partners.

• Launch and promote new capabilities in collaboration with product marketing.

• Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and technical blogs to drive adoption of communication offerings.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of technical product management experience with internet businesses.

• 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Product Manager.

• 3+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, or IT.

• Experience taking a product from conception and definition phases through engineering design and market launch.

• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products, managing the full product lifecycle from concept to go-to-market.
