Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and maintain KPI frameworks and performance reports that enable data-driven decision-making. • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, executive).
• Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers, surface insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with KPI governance, metric standardization, and reporting best practices.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $73/hr on W2.
