Our client is a growing GovTech SaaS company in a highly regulated space.
They are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer with a strong Ruby on Rails background who enjoys solving challenging backend problems and taking ownership of meaningful product features.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Significant production Ruby on Rails experience (required)
- Strong PostgreSQL, relational data modeling, and backend architecture skills
- Experience building complex workflows, APIs, and authorization systems
- React or Next.js experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
- 100% remote
- Compensation: $120K–$150K base + equity and comprehensive benefits
