Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required.

Strong and deep experience of Opportunity to Cash line of business focused on Spares in manufacturing industry focused on Forecast, Quote, Pricing , Contracts, Sales Order, Repairs, Returns and Part Escalations.

Strong integration experience with Sales, Service, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Global Trade, etc.15+ years’ experience required focus emphasis on implementing SAP systems in a manufacturing environment for Spares processes.3+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP S/4 – Sales with complex pricing.

Ability to draw out detail process flows, solution design & architecture, fit-gap analysis, integration design, solutions assessment matrix, etc.

Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills, problem solving and leadership skills.

Experience in working in large programs & projects. Self-directed with experience in managing priorities and timelines.

Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.

Preferred Qualification

Experience in designing Spares processes for Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturers, Medical Equipment Manufacturers, or other equipment manufacturers.

Experience in a large multi-year transformation program in a similar role.

Experience working on a CRM system such as SFDC, SAP C/4, MS Dynamics or equivalent for Customer Interaction, Case Mgmt & e-Commerce.

Experience working on a CPQ system such as SAP CPQ (formerly Callidus), Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick) or equivalent.Working at GSPANN
