Location: Mount Laurel, NJ Onsite Flexibility: 100% Remote (CST/EST preferred) Contract Details:

- Pay Rate: $30 - $40/hr
Job Summary: The Technical Analyst will support a new project focused on quickly onboarding third-party vendors. This role involves providing system access, ensuring procedural accuracy, and maintaining compliance across internal applications. The position offers an opportunity to gain experience in the banking and financial services industry and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide access for third-party vendors in support of new project requirements.
- Follow established procedures to ensure secure and accurate access provisioning.
- Collaborate within a 5-person team in a highly collaborative, remote environment using Microsoft Teams.
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in daily operational discussions.
- Complete one week of training and application shadowing to ramp up quickly.
- Resolve assigned tickets efficiently, with performance measured by resolution speed.
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional working experience.
- Understanding of business processes and the importance of customer service.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience in a banking or financial institution environment.
- Background in access management, help desk, or customer support.
