Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an On Premise Manager. The On Premise Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients and brand partners, managing accounts, and driving growth in on-premise accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, analyzing market opportunities, coordinating promotional activities with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The Manager will also ensure accurate reporting, provide regular performance insights, and work collaboratively to support business goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and account management skills with experience in business development and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Expertise in the spirits, beverage, or hospitality industry with knowledge of on-premise operations and market dynamics
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills including proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently while meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with sales strategy implementation and promotional planning is a plus
  • Passion for supporting independent brands and a collaborative approach to driving success
