Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Account Manager to oversee one of our most significant enterprise relationships: Apple. This role is dedicated to a single multimillion-dollar customer and requires a strategic, relationship-driven professional who excels in complex environments. Apple’s decentralized structure demands persistence, trust-building, and the ability to navigate a large enterprise organization with ease. We are looking for someone who can deepen existing partnerships while uncovering and developing new opportunities across the account.
Responsibilities:
- Own and Manage the Apple business partnership, overseeing all SOW and PO-related contract activities
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for all initiatives and communications across the Apple account
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, strong retention, and long-term partnership stability
- Identify and engage new hiring leaders to uncover additional business opportunities, including mapping Apple’s organizational structure to understand key teams and decision-makers
- Drive account growth by aligning with evolving client needs and strategic priorities
- Introduce and position our capabilities to directors, managers, and other stakeholders across Apple’s organization
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure high-quality delivery, rapid response times, and consistent execution across all roles and projects for Apple.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in Account Management, including large enterprise accounts
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts, specifically with Apple required
- Familiarity with Apple’s culture, internal structure, or existing Apple relationships
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and high emotional intelligence
- Skilled at uncovering opportunities and driving growth within complex organizations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate autonomously
