The Director of Revenue Management is a highly strategic, data-driven, and analytical individual who leads and enhances all streams of revenue generation. Responsible for execution and management of all top-line strategies and initiatives, the Director of Revenue Management will forecast, budget, and maximize optimal revenue mix on a day-to-day basis. Successful Directors of Revenue Management have a strong business acumen, directing revenue initiatives across all channels and to achieve aggressive goals.
What you’ll be doing…
- Analyze and yield manage all revenue distribution systems (RMS, CRS & PMS)
- Develop and recommend pricing strategies for all segments/channels
- Chair Strategy meetings, compile data, analyze trends and implement the strategy
- Provides ongoing feedback on strategies, market trends & addresses areas of opportunity
- Assist in developing the annual budget, forecast, and optimal mix for each Hotel
- Proactively identifying industry, market & economic trends data
- Conduct displacement analysis on an ad-hoc basis
- Train and develop Group Room coordinators/Reservations manager
- Oversee Revenue Management for multiple Full-Service properties
- Engage in preventative measures to minimize problems; act to quickly resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Effectively communicate with hotel teams
- Always maintain professionalism consistent with company expectations

- 5+ years of hotel revenue management experience, recent Marriott and Hilton experience required
- Full-Service hotel experience required
- 4-year degree in hotel administration, business, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience and education preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including electronic communication
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace
- 8+ hours per day sitting at desk/computer
- Manual dexterity and repetitive motions required throughout workday
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed or directed
