Role Description

We seek an AI and Research professional for a full-time, remote role. Responsibilities include developing AI strategies, conducting research on ethical AI development, and analyzing emerging trends in technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create reports, and support innovation initiatives while ensuring alignment with ETHIS’ commitment to human-centered technology. This position also involves identifying opportunities for partnerships and contributing to the exchange of knowledge across business, academic, and governmental spheres.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Advanced research abilities, including data analysis and academic or industry-based studies
• Proven experience with AI ethics, inclusive innovation, or technology policy development
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to work both independently and within cross-disciplinary teams in a remote environment
• Experience in project management and strategic planning
• A master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Ethics, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI-related governance frameworks is a plus
