Position Overview
ETHERFAX is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to accelerate revenue growth through full-funnel optimization, account-based marketing, partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will own the execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing programs throughout the funnel. This individual will have deep expertise in B2B healthcare marketing, ABM, marketing analytics, pipeline attribution modeling, CRM optimization, and multichannel growth strategies.
The ideal candidate is a player-coach who is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing campaigns. They are naturally curious, creatively testing new ideas, optimizing processes, analyzing performance data, and bringing a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement. They live in metrics and dashboards and understand how to tie every dollar of marketing spend back to pipeline creation, influenced revenue, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Growth Strategy & Optimization
- Own ETHERFAX's end-to-end growth marketing strategy across awareness, education, engagement, conversion, retention, and advocacy.
- Develop and optimize integrated campaigns that accelerate pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Continuously improve funnel performance through experimentation, testing, analysis, and optimization.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities throughout the buyer journey and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at every stage.
- Align growth programs with corporate objectives and revenue goals, and serve as a trusted advisor on growth strategy.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Lead ETHERFAX's hyper-targeted account-based marketing strategy focused on enterprise healthcare organizations, government agencies, and strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify target accounts, buying committees, and engagement strategies.
- Build ABM programs and playbooks that increase account engagement, pipeline velocity, opportunity creation, and revenue.
- Measure and report on account engagement, pipeline influence, and account progression through the funnel.
- Manage external advertising agencies and consultants for ABM campaigns, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements as needed.
Partner & Channel Marketing
- Own growth initiatives involving strategic partners, resellers/VARs, and software integration partners.
- Collaborate with Partner Relationship Managers and Business Development Representatives to create co-marketing campaigns that generate awareness, demand, and pipeline.
- Develop scalable partner marketing playbooks, programs, and measurement frameworks.
- Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline performance.
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
- Own marketing analytics, performance reporting, attribution strategy, and revenue measurement.
- Develop clear visibility into campaign performance, marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Establish closed-loop reporting between marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
- Build automated dashboards and executive reporting that provide actionable business insights.
- Create multi-touch attribution models that accurately measure marketing's contribution to revenue.
- Deliver consistent performance reviews and recommendations to executive leadership.
Marketing Operations & Technology Stack Optimization
- Responsible for optimizing CRM, marketing automation, and reporting systems.
- Evaluate and improve Salesforce architecture, campaign hierarchy, lead attribution, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Partner with Sales and identify opportunities to automate workflows, reporting, lead management, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Evaluate and implement MarTech tools that improve performance, data quality, measurement, and productivity.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization
- Develop a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Lead testing initiatives with statistically meaningful insights across landing pages, ads, emails, website experiences, CTAs, forms, messaging, and more.
- Use data to drive decision-making and improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
- Leverage a strong command of marketing KPIs and revenue metrics to demonstrate business impact from campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or revenue marketing experience.
- 3+ years in a marketing leadership/manger role.
- B2B healthcare marketing experience is required; experience working with channel partners and VARs is strongly preferred; marketing to public sector or federal government experience is a plus.
- Proven success developing and scaling account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise organizations.
- Experience marketing complex technology solutions with long buying cycles and large buying committees.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce reporting and demonstrated ability to tie advertising spend directly to CRM campaigns, pipeline influence, and revenue outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience with multi-touch attribution modeling and marketing analytics.
- Experience with other marketing automation and CRM platforms beyond Salesforce is a plus.
- Expertise managing paid media programs across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, such as Reddit or OpenAI.
- Proven success managing external ad agencies and marketing vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Remote (U.S. required, East Coast preferred) with occasional travel for team meetings, customer events, and industry conferences.
