EB5 Coast to Coast and EB5 Visa Fast are partner companies operating under the same umbrella, focusing on the EB-5 immigration program. We are a small but dynamic team dedicated to helping international investors participate in U.S. development projects through the EB-5 visa process.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and self-directed Marketing and Operations Coordinator to take full ownership of our marketing initiatives. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in an autonomous environment. You’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence and will also support the sales team with occasional design and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Leadership & Content Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan, managing daily posts and updates on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, posting timely industry news, and ensuring our brand stays visible and relevant.
• Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral: Use tools like PowerPoint, Figama, or other design platforms to create flyers, posters, and banners as needed. Flexibility to assist the sales team with visual assets for conferences and events.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Provide light executive assistance, such as coordinating visas for international travel, booking hotels, and helping the team prepare for conferences. Be comfortable interacting with investors and developers when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the EB-5 or a related industry.
• Strong content creation and social media management skills.
• Basic graphic design capabilities in platforms like Figma or similar.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to assist with operational tasks and occasional investor relations.
