Growth Marketing Lead (Contract-to-Hire)

We’re looking for a versatile growth marketer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, wears multiple hats, and wants to grow into a full-time marketing leadership position.

As our first marketing hire, you’ll be responsible for owning and scaling our email marketing, creative strategy, social media, and paid ads to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

What You’ll Do

• Email Marketing: Plan, design, and execute campaigns that engage our community and drive conversions.
• Social Media Management: Own our brand voice across platforms, grow our following, and create content that connects.
• Creative Strategy: Develop campaign concepts, write copy, and collaborate on visuals that resonate with our audience.
• Paid Ads: Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with an eye on ROI and scaling efficiently.
• Analytics & Growth: Track key metrics, report on performance, and continuously test/optimize campaigns.
• Brand Building: Help shape our story and establish our brand presence in a competitive space.

Who You Are

• A marketing generalist with experience across email, social, paid ads, and creative.
• Hands-on: you can execute campaigns end-to-end without needing a big team.
• Data-driven but also creative — you can spot trends and translate them into campaigns that work.
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful — you enjoy testing, learning, and adapting quickly.
• Excited about the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as the company scales.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with CPG, food & beverage, or health/wellness brands.
• Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Canva/Adobe.
• Comfort creating light content (short-form video, social posts) alongside strategic work.

Role Details

• Start: Contract role (10–20 hrs/week to start), with strong potential to grow into full-time.
• Location: Remote-friendly (we’re based in Austin, TX).
• Compensation: Competitive contractor rate + pathway to salaried role.
