Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, etc.)
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Meta advertising campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI
- Lead recurring client strategy and performance meetings
- Build strong client relationships through communication, responsiveness, and strategic guidance
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities within accounts
- Help improve SEO performance and organic visibility
- Support website updates, troubleshooting, landing page improvements, and conversion optimization
- Understand how website structure, SEO, and paid search all impact performance together
- Analyze campaign and website data to identify opportunities and solve problems proactively
- Communicate clearly with leadership regarding client performance, concerns, and strategic opportunities
- Stay informed on AI trends, automation tools, and evolving digital advertising strategies
- Contribute innovative ideas, systems, and process improvements that help clients and the company grow
Qualifications
- Professional experience managing paid search campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting
- Working SEO knowledge, including on-page optimization and technical awareness
- Experience with WordPress or similar website/CMS platforms
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to confidently lead client conversations and recurring meetings
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and think strategically
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Must currently reside in the United States
Preferred
- Experience in automotive or lead-generation marketing
- HTML/CSS or web development experience
- Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation
- Experience improving landing page conversion rates
- Experience upselling or expanding existing client accounts
