The Opportunity We are seeking a Tax Manager with deep experience in complex tax matters who is looking for meaningful client work without the bureaucracy of a large firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-touch environment and values long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for complex partnerships, including Section 754 and hypothetical liquidation scenarios
• Advise clients on real estate transactions, including 1031 and 1033 exchanges, cost segregation studies, and entity structuring
• Conduct in-depth tax research and provide strategic planning, especially during year-end

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Public Accounting Taxation
• BS in Accounting + MS in Tax or MBA (preferred)
• CPA required
• Strong Experience Required with:

• Complex partnerships section 754, hypothetical liquidation
• Complex real estate matters 1031, 1033, cost segregation
• Review, Supervisory Duties, Client Engagement

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Proficiency In

• CCH Axcess, Engagement, Workflow, Microsoft Office Suite
