Senior Product Manager, Growth100% RemotePosition Overview We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager with a focus on growth to lead our product initiatives in the TeleHealth space. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, execution, and optimization to enhance our direct-to-consumer offerings and ensure user engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product growth strategies that align with company goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and enhancements.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to measure product performance and inform future enhancements and growth tactics.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features and functionalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth initiatives.
• Must have: Proven track record in direct-to-consumer product growth, particularly in the TeleHealth industry.
• Proven track record of moving key metrics like CVR, AOV, LTV, and engagement through thoughtful product interventions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
