Job Title: Tax Manager Job Location: Remote Job Salary: $110k-$145k (DOE) Requirements: 5+ Years of Public Accounting Tax Experience Position Overview The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance and reporting for the organization, ensuring that all tax obligations are met accurately and on time. This role requires a strategic thinker who can offer tax planning solutions and manage a team to deliver exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax regulations and demonstrate strong analytical skills. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax returns
• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the organizations goals
• Provide guidance on tax implications for business transactions and initiatives
• Monitor and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Conduct tax research and generate reports to assist in decision-making
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Experience with tax compliance software and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in real estate and partnerships is a plus
• Knowledge of legal aspects related to tax is a plus
