REMOTE Senior Audit Manager

We are a public accounting firm with national and international clients, working with both small, early-stage businesspersons to large, global organizations. Our experts are highly experienced in financial advising, tax, accounting and business strategies to provide solutions. We are looking for an Assurance / Audit Manager who's seeking upward mobility and has interests in running a practice segment in the future! What You Will Be Doing

• Plan audit engagements including staffing, budgeting, and billing
• Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement.
• Stay current on regulatory and industry changes and implement new standards and technical pronouncements
• Manage multiple audit engagements and competing priorities
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively
• Meet with clients to learn their needs and propose solutions
• Identifying new client and business development opportunities

What You Need for this Position

• 10+ years in Assurance / Audit in Public Accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA Required
• Ability to travel to Houston when needed.
