Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice. We just closed our Series B for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees. We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country. Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote Customer Support Rep with experience in the following:

• Supporting SaaS applications
• Basic knowledge of cloud offerings, tools, operating systems, and browsers
• Experience communicating with clients via phone, email, chat, and video

You will be the first point of contact when our customers are having issues. This includes things like acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues If you have this experience, please apply immediately.
