Job Title: General Manager Location: Glendale, CA Work Environment: Remote, preference to those residing in California or at least PST time zone Salary: $170K-$180K + Bonus Benefits: Health Insurance + 401(k) with Match + PTO Requirements: Management within Disaster Restoration or Environmental Testing (HVAC, Plumbing also considered), Remote Team Management, $15M+ P&L Responsibility Company Overview We are a rapidly growing environmental services company. We provide lead and asbestos testing for disaster restoration companies. By operating with speed and clear communication, we prioritize exceptional service over short-term gains, believing that building lasting client relationships is the key to our success. Position Overview Due to our growth, we are seeking a highly motived and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring organizational effectiveness and providing leadership to drive the company towards its goals. This role includes managing a remote team, maintaining P&L accountability, implementing operational strategies to enhance performance and spearheading strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage and lead a remote team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and P&L management
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements as necessary
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Assess operational challenges and drive solutions to improve performance
• Lead expansion initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven operations management experience, preferably within Disaster Restoration (ideally) or Environmental Testing (HVAC and Plumbing industry experience will also be considered)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Prior experience managing remote teams is required
• Prior experience having P&L responsibility in excess of $15M is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
