This role is not about selling an institution. It's about building trust with families who are navigating one of the most consequential decisions they will ever make. Alpha students complete core academics in two hours per day through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to developing essential real-world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We are set to open 25 new campuses before the close of 2025, and each begins with a critical interaction—the admissions experience. You will be responsible for that experience. This is a bespoke, premium service designed for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families—not a volume-driven process reliant on templates or scripts. You will manage the complete admissions lifecycle for your families, from initial engagement through transition, providing concierge-caliber support throughout. Your work includes qualifying prospects, guiding decision-making, and deploying AI tools to eliminate administrative burden so your focus remains on what truly drives outcomes: trust, relationships, and conversion. • Overseeing the entire admissions lifecycle for your assigned families with professionalism, empathy, and operational precision.
• Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-generated insights.
• Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and subsequent follow-through—ensuring a premium experience at every stage.
• Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to streamline task prioritization, automate outreach sequences, and minimize administrative overhead.

Senior Admissions Consultant Key Responsibilities Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions process that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy. Basic Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing capacity with documented conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting).
• Demonstrated history of managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience guiding multi-phase processes from prospect to close.
• Confirmed capability with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization.
• Established ability to execute flawlessly on detail-oriented tasks—including documentation accuracy, timely follow-up, and CRM data integrity.
• Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work independently of visa sponsorship.
• Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
