Basic RequirementsReading Program Coordinator key responsibilitiesEssential Qualifications Include

• Bachelor's degree plus specialized reading instruction certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, or comparable advanced training)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience providing targeted reading interventions in small-group settings for early elementary students
• Demonstrated expertise in reading assessment, strategic student grouping, and creating customized instruction without relying on pre-packaged curricula
• Experience with AI-powered and adaptive learning platforms, with ability to respond effectively to student engagement patterns
• Current authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Commitment to on-site work at one of our campus locations: Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
