• Lead dynamic reading workshops that systematically build essential phonics, comprehension, and fluency skills using our adaptive learning platform
• Create personalized learning experiences through gamified literacy milestones that captivate young learners and accelerate their progress
• Transform student data into instructional excellence by analyzing performance metrics to refine teaching approaches and identify breakthrough opportunities
• Shape the future of EdTech by collaborating with our engineering team to enhance AI literacy tools based on real classroom outcomes
• Develop scalable, AI-enhanced content that enables consistent grade-level proficiency achievement across all our campuses

Instructional Coach Key Responsibilities Drive measurable reading proficiency improvements across multiple campuses by designing, implementing, and scaling our AI-enhanced literacy instruction model. Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with specialized certification in reading instruction (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience delivering effective small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Demonstrated ability to assess reading levels, strategically group learners, and design differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula
• Proficiency with AI/adaptive learning platforms and the ability to respond effectively to student engagement patterns within digital environments
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Commitment to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
