Admissions Manager, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD
Job Description
Posted on: December 8, 2025
You're not here to pitch an institution. You're building trust with families facing one of the highest-stakes decisions they'll ever make. Alpha students complete core academics in two hours daily through AI-driven platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their time to real-world competencies: entrepreneurship, public speaking, resilience. We're set to open 25 new campuses by year-end 2025, and each one begins with a single interaction: the admissions process. This is your domain. This role delivers a premium, concierge-style experience designed for HNW/UHNW families — not a transactional funnel or scripted outreach. You'll shepherd the complete admissions lifecycle for your assigned families, from initial contact through handoff, ensuring white-glove service throughout. You'll assess incoming inquiries, support families as they navigate their choice, and deploy AI-powered tools to eliminate busywork so you can concentrate on what drives results: connection, conversion, and credibility. If you want a position where elite-level service intersects with rapid execution — and where AI is embedded into daily practice, not marketing language — submit your application now. What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions lifecycle for designated families with professionalism, care, and precision.
- Evaluating inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven analysis.
- Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, calendar coordination, and ongoing engagement — providing concierge-level service at every stage.
- Applying AI tooling and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to organize priorities, streamline follow-through, and minimize administrative overhead.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Following scripts or inflexible frameworks — this position demands discernment, refinement, and relational acuity.
- Drowning in bureaucracy — you won't be held up by interdepartmental sign-offs or dependent on others for progress.
- Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the accountable contact throughout the entire journey.
Admissions Manager Key Responsibilities Execute a premium, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy. Basic Requirements

- History of managing high-stakes or emotionally nuanced conversations with professionalism and compassion.
- CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and proven success guiding multi-phase processes from inquiry to enrollment.
- Established ease with AI technologies, automation workflows, and task optimization.
- Confirmed ability to execute details impeccably — including record-keeping, timely follow-up, and CRM discipline.
- Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
- Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours matching family availability.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or clear enthusiasm for education innovation.
