Admissions Manager, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD
Job Description
Posted on: February 19, 2026
This isn't about selling an institution. It's about building trust with families navigating one of the most consequential choices they'll ever make. Alpha students complete their core academics in two hours each day through AI-powered learning, then dedicate the remaining time to developing practical capabilities like entrepreneurship, public speaking, and resilience. We're targeting 25 new campus launches by the close of 2025, and each begins with one critical interaction: the admissions experience. That's your domain. This role centers on delivering a premium, white-glove process designed specifically for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families — not transactional workflows or scripted outreach. You'll shepherd the complete admissions journey for your assigned families from initial contact through to transition, providing concierge-grade service throughout. Your work includes qualifying inquiries, supporting families as they navigate their decision, and deploying AI tools to handle administrative tasks so you can concentrate on what truly drives outcomes: relationships, conversion, and credibility. If you're seeking a position where sophisticated service intersects with rapid execution — and where AI is a foundational principle, not marketing language — submit your application today. What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing the complete admissions process for your designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
- Evaluating inbound inquiries from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
- Serving as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, scheduling coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a white-glove experience in every interaction.
- Utilizing AI-powered tools and CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) to sequence tasks, automate routine communications, and minimize manual effort.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Operating from scripts or inflexible frameworks — this position demands independent judgment, sophistication, and interpersonal acuity.
- Navigating bureaucratic delays — you won't be constrained by interdepartmental approvals or dependent on others to move initiatives forward.
- Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end.
Admissions Manager Key Responsibilities Orchestrate a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that secures family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy. Basic Requirements

- Proven success managing high-stakes or emotionally complex conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi-stage processes from lead through closure.
- Established ease with AI tools, automation technologies, and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated capability to execute details impeccably — including documentation accuracy, timely follow-ups, and CRM data integrity.
- Located in the U.S. or Canada with existing work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
- Availability to accommodate evening and weekend hours in alignment with family availability.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Knowledge of Alpha's educational model or documented commitment to education innovation.
