Events Practice Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base (flexible for the right fit) Location: Remote (EST hours) Our client is hiring a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer & Brand Manager to own creative delivery for large-scale conferences, live events, and executive programs supporting Fortune 500 and enterprise clients. This role is for a designer who thrives when things are moving fast, stakes are high, and details matter. You will be responsible for owning event creative from kickoff through final delivery, not just supporting pieces along the way. If your strongest work lives at the intersection of events, decks, and brand systems, this role will feel like home. What You’ll Own Day to Day Lead creative execution for conferences, trade shows, and live events, including branding, signage, environmental graphics, digital and print collateral, and onsite assets Build PowerPoint decks end to end for conferences and executive audiences. Decks are a core deliverable in this role, not an occasional task Manage multiple events and programs at the same time, owning creative timelines, approvals, version control, and final delivery Act as the brand steward across all assigned programs, enforcing brand systems and visual consistency across many deliverables Partner closely with internal teams and clients, proactively flagging risks and pushing for clarity when needed Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, and documentation so teams are always working from the right materials This Role Is a Strong Fit If You Have 4–7+ years of experience in agency or agency-style environments, not solely in-house Repeated experience supporting conferences or live events, not just one-off activations Regular responsibility for creating PowerPoint decks tied to events or executive presentations Experience juggling multiple clients, events, or programs concurrently A background working with Fortune 500 or enterprise clients Strong command of PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma Excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, and comfort owning work independently Authorization to work in the United States This Role Is Probably Not a Fit If Your event experience is limited to occasional support or single events PowerPoint is not a regular part of your workflow You primarily focus on campaigns, social, or marketing design without live event delivery You prefer slow timelines, narrow scopes, or single-brand work Why Join You’ll join a high-performing events team working on complex, high-visibility programs with room to grow, take ownership, and have real impact.
