Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote – TX, FL, WA, CO)100% Commission | 1099 Contractor | Fully Remote We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join a high-performing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership of their business and enjoys the flexibility of managing the entire loan process from start to finish. What You’ll Do Oversee mortgage applications from initial contact through closing. Conduct Client Interviews To Understand Goals And Financial Qualifications. Review credit reports, income, and other documentation to determine eligibility. Guide borrowers through loan options and ensure regulatory compliance. Build lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners. Leverage in-house marketing and CRM tools for client outreach and follow-up. Manage your workload and schedule independently in a fully remote environment. What’s Offered85% commission split for senior loan officers (up to 90% if you build a team). What You Bring Active NMLS & MLO license (TX, WA, FL, or CO). 2+ years of origination experience, from application to closing. Proven record of at least 40 closed loans in the past 12 months. Experience sourcing and originating your own leads. Strong analytical, organizational, and client communication skills.
