This role is critical to optimizing our operational efficiency, improving productivity, and ensuring accurate labor planning and costing. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in implementing process improvement initiatives.

A day in the life as an Industrial Engineer, Labor Management Systems...
- Lead the implementation of a new labor management system from concept to steady state for the Supply Chain Distribution network
- Develop and apply Predetermined Motion Time Systems (e.g., MTM, MOST) and conduct detailed time studies to establish accurate and fair Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) for all direct and indirect labor tasks
- Conduct regular audits and re-evaluations of existing standards to account for process changes, new equipment, or product modifications
- Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors and employees on the principles of labor standards, time studies, and the proper use of the labor management system
- Utilize data analysis techniques to provide insights into labor costs, productivity trends, and operational bottlenecks

- Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Distribution Operation knowledge

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment
- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining a labor management system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum Starting Rate: $67,900.00 Hourly Up to: $89,950.00 Hourly Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives. Crate: Corporate Office
