About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative within our Fleet division, you will drive new business growth by acquiring and expanding mid-market trucking and transportation accounts throughout your assigned territory. You will serve as a trusted advisor to fleet owners, operations leaders, and financial decision-makers by introducing innovative payment and technology solutions designed to optimize fuel spend, improve cash flow, and increase operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys face-to-face relationship building, consultative selling, and the excitement of developing business within an underpenetrated and growing market.
What You will Be Doing
- Prospecting and developing new business opportunities within trucking and transportation accounts
- Managing a territory and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conducting in-person client meetings and consultative sales presentations
- Identifying operational challenges and presenting tailored payment and technology solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experience during onboarding
- Maintaining accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within Salesforce
- Partnering cross-functionally with internal sales and support teams to drive long-term customer success

Preferred qualifications include:
- 2–5 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Experience within transportation, fleet, industrial services, or fintech industries preferred
- Ability to prospect, build pipelines, and close new business
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a territory independently with high activity levels
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Comfortable engaging business owners, operations leaders, and financial stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent business experience
