About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative within our Fleet division, you will drive new business growth by acquiring and expanding mid-market trucking and transportation accounts throughout your assigned territory. You will serve as a trusted advisor to fleet owners, operations leaders, and financial decision-makers by introducing innovative payment and technology solutions designed to optimize fuel spend, improve cash flow, and increase operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys face-to-face relationship building, consultative selling, and the excitement of developing business within an underpenetrated and growing market.

What You will Be Doing

  • Prospecting and developing new business opportunities within trucking and transportation accounts
  • Managing a territory and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Conducting in-person client meetings and consultative sales presentations
  • Identifying operational challenges and presenting tailored payment and technology solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experience during onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within Salesforce
  • Partnering cross-functionally with internal sales and support teams to drive long-term customer success

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 2–5 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Experience within transportation, fleet, industrial services, or fintech industries preferred
  • Ability to prospect, build pipelines, and close new business
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage a territory independently with high activity levels
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Comfortable engaging business owners, operations leaders, and financial stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent business experience
