We are currently looking to hire a Program Manager, Embedded Programs to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for Remote work arrangements from within the United States.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Program Manager of Embedded supports the Director in managing client activities and coordinating both new and existing relationships, while assisting with the strategic planning and execution of embedded employment engagements. This role is responsible for strengthening client partnerships, embedded employee engagement, ensuring high-quality delivery, and collaborating across internal teams to support organizational goals. While the Director leads overall business strategy and client relationships, the Program Manager ensures day-to-day program execution, scalability, and consistency of a white glove experience for both clients and employees. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into broader leadership responsibilities, bringing strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate change in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Director in coordinating client activities by assisting with the management of both new and existing client relationships related to staffing, program needs, and procedural updates.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Assist embedded team managers in day-to-day operations by providing operational support, helping track deliverables, and escalating issues to the Director as needed.
- Track, evaluate, and refine program performance metrics, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- Help monitor and document employee concerns or client feedback, working with the Director to resolve issues appropriately.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of vendor processes and procedures by gathering information, drafting updates, and supporting compliance efforts.
- Track client deliverables and provide regular updates to ensure commitments are on schedule.
- Identify potential process gaps and bring recommendations to the Director for review.
- Support quality control efforts and assist in coordinating training sessions for embedded employees.
- Participate in client meetings as needed to capture notes, provide follow-up, and support relationship development.
- In partnership with the Director, design and maintain an employee engagement plan that fosters professional growth, retention, and alignment with organizational values.
- Leverage collaboration and project management technologies (Google Workspace, Monday.com, and similar platforms) to streamline workflows and support cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with the Director on long-term program planning, including scaling strategies, resource allocation, and adoption of best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship..
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience working in vendor management
- Experience working with Intelligence and Protective teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and inspire a growth mindset
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com, and other collaboration, workflow, and project management platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to emerging technologies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Training or experience in the executive protection field, law enforcement, military or intelligence community
- Demonstrated record of success in controlling costs, increasing efficiencies, and identifying opportunities for improvement

Seattle, Washington Pay Range: $100,000 USD - $110,000 USD
