Software Engineer in Test

Client located in Colorado is seeking a 100% REMOTE QA Engineer (Manual / Automation) for a contract position. This position will join a large team responsible for both manual testing and developing test automation for front end, database, and APIs. Responsibilities will include developing test cases, coding, code review and implementation. The ideal candidate is a QA who enjoys manual testing while also having experience working within automation tools to automate testing when appropriate. Candidates must have good communication skills and be comfortable asking probing questions to fully understand requirements. No third party or C2C candidates are able to be considered at this time.

Required:

-Strong understanding of software quality assurance - both manual and automation.

-Strong Playwright / TypeScript.

-Postman / Python.

-Gherkin syntax.

-Experience using AI as a tester.

-Willingness to mentor other QA engineers.

Desired:

-Exposure to testing Salesforce (the more the better).

-Git.

-Agile environment.

-Google Cloud Platform.
