This is a contract, remote role for a Recruiting Coordinator (Basketball Division).

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing relationships with basketball prospects across high school, collegiate, and professional levels. This role includes building a strong recruiting pipeline, coordinating athlete assessments, maintaining detailed scouting reports, and assisting in the onboarding and development of new clients.

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify emerging basketball talent at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels
• Develop and maintain relationships with athletes, coaches, and key basketball stakeholders
• Coordinate visits, interviews, and evaluations for potential clients
• Maintain athlete databases and recruiting reports in alignment with agency systems
• Represent Collective Uplift’s core values of integrity, service, and excellence in all interactions

Qualifications

• Passion for basketball and athlete development
• Willing to use personal Instagram and X to reach out to prospects.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the basketball community
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of college recruitment, NIL, and professional basketball pathways
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
• Commitment to holistic athlete development and faith-based principles
• Prior experience in recruiting, coaching, or player development is a plus
