Cleanster is a technology driven marketplace andSaaS platform helping apartment buildings and property management companies across the US manage resident cleaning , make ready, common area, and recurring cleaning services.

About the role

We are seeking commission only Business Development Representatives to generate new apartment building and multifamily contracts. This is a pure hunter role focused on outbound prospecting and deal origination. You earn commission on every closed contract you source.

Responsibilities

• Prospect apartment owners, operators, and property management companies

• Execute outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and onsite visit

• Research accounts and decision makers to personalize outreach

• Book qualified meetings and support deal progression

• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM tools

• Build and manage your own pipeline

Requirements

• Proven outbound sales or business development experience

• Strong cold calling and outreach skills

• Experience selling to apartment buildings or property management companies is a plus

• Excellent English communication skills

• Self motivated and comfortable working independently

• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Close

Compensation

• Commission only, paid per closed and activated contract

• Recurring commission on ongoing apartment building services

• High earning potential with uncapped upside
