We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Benefits & Insurance Manager to support our employee benefits, corporate insurance programs and shared services team across the globe. In this dynamic role, you'll
- Support global benefits and risk administration programs (medical, disability, liability, aircraft, property, etc.)
- Assist in analyzing and resolving eligibility and claims issues
- Collaborate across departments to support budgeting, reporting, and compliance
- Champion Workday in North America, driving HR data integrity and system optimization
- Collaborate with Sr. Management and global teams to support HR initiatives and operational projects
- Coordinate and manage Certificates of Insurance
- Analyze reports, verify data accuracy, and provide detailed information to support data driven decision making
- Provide global support to employees and managers through the HR Self-Service Tool (Halo ITSM)
You'll report to the Sr. Manager of Global Benefits, HRIS & HR Shared Services, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement. What You Bring
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Min 3 years' experience with HR Management System (Workday preferred)
- Min 3 years' experience in health & welfare benefit administration (specifically retirement plans)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a global environment
- Working knowledge of risk insurance practices preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- A proactive mindset and collaborative spirit
