Role Overview ORDR is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through high-impact digital demand generation. The role focuses on converting content and digital channels into a scalable pipeline engine, targeting both product-led (PLG) and sales-led (SLG) growth motions. Success is measured by qualified meetings, pipeline creation, and revenue impact rather than vanity metrics like traffic or clicks. The ideal candidate will actively explore AI applications to improve marketing performance, speed up execution, and personalize engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Execution: Develop content-led strategies aligned with revenue goals across PLG and SLG motions; prioritize channel mix based on funnel impact.
- Content Strategy: Own the strategy for long-form thought leadership, campaign assets, landing pages, and content hubs designed to drive conversion.
- Campaign Orchestration: Execute multi-channel programs (owned, earned, paid) including nurture flows and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Sales Partnership: Collaborate with SDRs and sales leaders to address engagement gaps, surface signals, and support deal acceleration.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize digital experiences and lifecycle programs to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-off points.
- AI Integration: Experiment with AI tools to enhance content creation, personalization, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–7+ years in digital marketing, content marketing, or demand generation within B2B SaaS.
- Track Record: Proven ability to generate qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue through digital programs.
- Methodology: Experience operating across product-led and sales-led go-to-market motions.
- Skills: Strong background in content strategy, marketing automation, and close collaboration with sales teams.
- Mindset: Curious about AI; comfortable using AI to improve development, research, and analysis; outcome-focused.
- Analytics: Data-driven thinker who understands SEO, paid media, and content synergies; able to manage complexity and iterate quickly.
