🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning key areas of the month-end and year-end close
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financials
• Keeping the general ledger accurate and GAAP compliant
• Partnering closely with payroll and operational teams
• Supporting leadership with clear, reliable financial reporting and revenue recognition
• Helping manage accounting across multiple locations
• Handling lease accounting under ASC 842 & revenue recognition under 606 (with guidance and resources)
• Supporting intercompany accounting and eliminations
• Assisting with audits and documentation
• Helping improve processes and systems as the company grows
• Being a trusted teammate and mentor within the accounting group

🌟 What They’re Hoping You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 4+ years of total accounting experience
• Strong GAAP fundamentals
• Preference for a career start in public accounting
• Comfort in a fast growing, evolving environment
• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• ERP experience (NetSuite is a plus, not required)
• Thoughtfulness, reliability, and follow-through
• CPA or CPA-eligible is a bonus, but not required
