  • Design and support interfaces using industry standards such as HL7v2 and FHIR.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to improve integration workflows, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive integration experience.
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites across the United States as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience working with EHR integrations, including platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design creative and effective solutions across diverse customer environments.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to customer workflows; experience with healthcare revenue cycle management is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HL7 interfaces, FHIR, and interface engines (e.g., Rhapsody) preferred, or the ability to quickly learn and apply these technologies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance.

Compensation $140,000 – $160,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus. If the range doesn’t align with your needs, please still apply!
