Role Description

This is a full-time remote, commission-based opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to the future of real estate investing with Brick AI.

In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to nurture relationships with potential clients, contribute to outbound sales activities, and collaborate on business development strategies to expand our customer base.

This role is ideal for highly motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who are excited by a performance-driven compensation structure with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with experience in identifying and qualifying potential leads
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to connect with prospects and present value propositions effectively
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development, including supporting the process from prospecting to close
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work in a remote team effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
