100% REMOTE - Tax Manager (ASC 740) Opportunity w/ Highly Awarded Mid-Size CPA Firm!!!

Our client is a highly awarded Mid-Size CPA firm headquartered in Austn, TX who are actively seeking a Tax Manager with Business Entities and ASC 740 experience to join its tight-knit team of tax and audit professionals on a 100% Remote Schedule. A CPA License or J.D. is required (no EA's).

Benefits:

• Compensation Target: $115,000 - $145,000
• Profit Sharing Bonus (last year was 13% of base salary)

Qualifications:

• CPA License or J.D. Required (No EAs)
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm (preferably a Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm)
• C-Corp and ASC 70 Exp.
