Role Description
This is a full-time remote role. In this position, you will engage with potential and existing clients, provide high level information about cosmetic treatment options, and offer solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities include making outbound sales calls, responding to client inquiries, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service. No experience in the cosmetic surgery space needed, but must be an outbound Telesales Pro.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and customer engagement skills
- Experience in sales, telesales, or customer relationship management
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for data tracking and client follow-ups
- Professional, goal-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in outbound Telesales required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
