Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of business development/lead generation experience
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding all revenue, KPI, and performance targets
- Ability to think outside the box and perform within a challenging business climate
- Strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and networking skills
- Develop, grow, and maintain a healthy book of business
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers via in-person, text, phone, networking events, social media, and email
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment and navigate through the virtual world of selling
- Somebody enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with clients, new clients, and coworkers
- Completion of a four-year Bachelor’s degree
