Blackstone Talent Group is looking for an energetic sales professional with a high sense of urgency and committed to generating new business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of business development/lead generation experience
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding all revenue, KPI, and performance targets
  • Ability to think outside the box and perform within a challenging business climate
  • Strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and networking skills
  • Develop, grow, and maintain a healthy book of business
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers via in-person, text, phone, networking events, social media, and email
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment and navigate through the virtual world of selling
  • Somebody enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with clients, new clients, and coworkers
  • Completion of a four-year Bachelor’s degree
