We’re seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact while being supported every step of the way. Please Note: We do not provide training for BCBA certification. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company. What We Offer

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
• Supervise ABA programs and staff
• Support and train caregivers & RBTs
• Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness
