About The Position
BiyaheKo PH is adding a Implementation Coordinator to support its travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology. In this position, you will coordinate customer or internal system implementations from setup through launch. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.
Your Day-to-Day
- Maintain implementation plans, milestones, requirements, owners, dependencies, and launch dates in the Implementation Coordinator role at BiyaheKo PH.
- Gather configuration, data, access, workflow, and integration requirements from the relevant stakeholders as part of the Implementation Coordinator role at BiyaheKo PH.
- Coordinate setup, testing, training, data preparation, and issue resolution before go-live across travel booking and agent support in this Implementation Coordinator position.
- Track open implementation questions, risks, blockers, and required decisions and escalate delays promptly for the BiyaheKo PH team as part of Implementation Coordinator work.
- Document configuration choices, test results, handoff notes, and launch readiness while supporting travel booking and agent support in the Implementation Coordinator role at BiyaheKo PH.
- Support post-launch follow-up and ensure unresolved items are transferred to the correct support owner as part of day-to-day Implementation Coordinator responsibilities at BiyaheKo PH.
- Strong project coordination, customer communication, organization, and documentation skills for the Implementation Coordinator opening at BiyaheKo PH.
- Comfort using implementation, project-management, ticketing, spreadsheet, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical tasks across multiple stakeholders.
- Good judgment about dependencies, launch risks, and escalation timing.
- Strong follow-through on milestones, testing, documentation, and handoffs.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
