Are you passionate about using data and statistics to advance cutting-edge medical diagnostics? Join our client's team and help bring breakthrough technologies to patients worldwide! You’ll play a critical role as a Biostatistician in designing experiments, validating analytical methods, and driving statistical strategies that support regulatory approvals and large-scale deployment of innovative diagnostic solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, analyze, and validate experiments to support next-generation diagnostics
  • Develop statistical models and QC frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability at scale
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in assay development, regulatory affairs, QA, software engineering, and more
  • Communicate findings and insights to internal stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and external partners

What We’re Looking For

  • PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with experimental design, validation, and statistical modeling
  • Proficiency in R (tidyverse, glm, glmnet, nlme, etc.); Python experience a plus
  • Familiarity with NGS workflows and high-dimensional data analysis (e.g., test multiplicity, dimension reduction, data normalization, outlier detection, etc.)
  • Passion for improving statistical methods in biomedical technologies
  • Knowledge of CLSI and other guidelines for validation of diagnostic tests
