About the Role:Beyond Better Foods is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Logistics Operations Associate to manage the day-to-day execution of our inbound logistics processes for our popular brands, Bada Bean Bada Boom and Fruit Riot. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring on-time performance, controlling transportation costs, and maintaining our high standards for inbound protocols. You'll play a key part in strengthening relationships with our 3PL partners and co-manufacturers while ensuring data accuracy and reporting within our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Process Management: You will own the inbound process from vendor purchase order to warehouse receipt. This includes collaborating with our customer operations team and 3PLs to coordinate inbound freight, proactively solve problems, and identify cost-saving opportunities by tracking shipping trends. You will also be responsible for freight bookings, invoice audits, and shipment tracking.
• Tactical Execution & Cost Optimization: This role is critical to the daily operations of Fruit Riot and the entire inbound process for our Bada Bean product line. You'll support the Logistics Manager by handling ASNs, delivery appointments, PODs, and other internal system procedures. For our Bada Bean products, you'll manage customs clearance, cargo tracking, and audit and approve invoices from drayage and customs brokers.
• Strategic Design & Compliance: You'll ensure our international shipments adhere to best-in-class protocols and comply with all U.S. regulations. This involves streamlining import protocols with international co-manufacturers and brokers to improve the reliability and speed of critical inbound freight and reinforcing efficient procedures for obtaining necessary import paperwork.
• Relationship & Inventory Management: You will maintain strong relationships with Beyond Better Foods' 3PL service providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service. A key function of this role is to reconcile discrepancies between our ERP system and 3PL warehouse systems to ensure data accuracy on all inbound receipts.
• Problem-Solving & Reporting: You will proactively communicate with 3PLs and internal teams to identify, solve, and prevent logistical issues and inbound service disruptions. You'll also report and escalate issues to the Logistics Manager as needed to ensure mission success. You will manage data cleaning projects and initiatives to maintain the accuracy and integrity of logistics-related information within the ERP system and other internal records, as well as perform data analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably within the food and beverage or CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
