📋 Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Answer phone, chat, and email inquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed CRM notes for each customer interaction
• Follow standardized processes to ensure quality service delivery
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on systems and processes

🛠️ Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• High-volume call handling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday with every other Saturday

🎯 Compensation & Schedule

• 💼 Earnings: $40K–$45K annually DOE + performance bonuses
• 💸 Benefits: PTO after one year, consistent hours, professional growth opportunities
• ⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + every other Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
