📞 Open Roles & What You'll DoCall Center Representative - Full Time As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of Bath & Cabinet Experts — creating positive customer connections while setting appointments that help homeowners move forward with life-changing bath and kitchen projects. You'll:

• Engage with prospective customers over the phone to set sales appointments
• Communicate product value and educate homeowners
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with energy and professionalism
• Log accurate information in our CRM and meet performance goals
• Deliver outstanding service that represents our brand the right way
• Skills & Qualifications: Energetic communicator, 1+ year call center or related experience, excellent phone skills, task-oriented, remote work ready, and comfortable with goals and performance expectations.

Call Center Team Lead - Full Time Take your career to the next level by leading our call center team to success! As a Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in:

• Confirming and qualifying in-home sales appointments
• Managing accurate schedules for Design Consultants
• Handling inbound/outbound confirmation calls
• Reinforcing expectations and keeping customers informed
• Reducing cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows
• Communicating with sales leadership and tracking quality outcomes
• Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of call center, confirmations, or sales experience, strong organization and communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
