ev The Delivery Director role is responsible for portfolio-level leadership across multiple client engagements, typically composed of several Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and technical delivery teams. The focus of the role is ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the portfolio rather than managing a single large program.
