Role Description
This is a remote role for Client Acquisition. The selected candidate will assist in identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and supporting efforts to enhance client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Understand how e-commerce SaaS products transform e-commerce operations and customer experience.
- Reach out to founders, marketing leaders, and decision-makers at high-growth brands — from fashion labels to cosmetic brands to luxury lifestyle products.
- Build authentic relationships through cold calls, LinkedIn, and other social networks.
- Identify the right opportunities, tailor outreach, and guide new clients through onboarding.
- Learn the structure of real-world client acquisition, sales communication, and negotiation.
