Role Description

As a Regional Sales Manager - Contractor, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in your assigned region. You know the dealership landscape in your territory. You've built relationships with dealer principals and GMs. Bring them the platform they've been waiting for. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts with automotive dealerships. This is a full-time role requiring close collaboration with both clients and internal teams to deliver value and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive dealership management or general manager experience.

• Existing dealership relationships in the region.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management

• Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape sales strategies

• Technical aptitude or familiarity with SaaS platforms

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market

• Comfortable working remotely

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
